Our driver’s time slot is reserved exclusively for your trip as soon as you make your reservation. This ensures that you will be taken care of as agreed.
A 15-minute waiting time is offered for all reservations. In the event of longer delays, please contact us as soon as possible to find the best solution.
Once a reservation has been made, we are unable to modify a trip, as we specifically reserve the time slot for our driver to pick you up.
As a result, you will have to cancel the existing reservation and place a new order for the desired time.
Cancellation and refund conditions prior to pick-up :
In the event of cancellation by a customer who has already paid, the following charges will apply:
- More than 24 hours before booking: full refund.
- Between 4 hours and 24 hours before the start of the service: 50% of the cost of the service is refunded.
- Less than 4 hours before the reservation: no refund will be made.
The fare remains unchanged, regardless of traffic. No extra charge for luggage or tolls.
You pay the rate announced at the time of booking.
Absolutely, when you book online, you’ll have the option of selecting a baby seat or booster seat for your child.
Our vehicles are equipped with phone chargers, treats, bottled water and Wi-Fi connection, depending on the range chosen.
We welcome your pet. However, please note when booking that you are traveling with him.
If you have left any personal belongings in the vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can organize their recovery for you.
